Where we ship

We ship to addresses within India only. We don't ship internationally at the moment.

Cost

Shipping is free on every order.

Dispatch and delivery

Orders are packed and handed to our courier partner within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery time depends on your location; most orders arrive within a few business days of dispatch.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email you the tracking number. You can also see it on your order page, linked from your confirmation email or under My account → Orders.

Packaging and safety

Every parcel is sealed and insured in transit. Please don't accept a parcel that looks opened or damaged. Refuse it and contact us. We recommend recording a video while opening your parcel; it helps us resolve any issue quickly.
